So far, the creation of checked menu items was not possible with Carbide.c++’s UI editor – user interfaces like the ones shown below required loads of manual coding in response to the menu popup event:

Fortunately, this is now over. Forum Nokia Expert Lucian from Finland created a small hack which adds the missing feature to any version of Carbide.c++ v2. Developers wanting to get their hands onto the code can do so at Forum Nokia’s – but be warned that a Forum Nokia log-in is required…
