DSC 0007 Hutchison 3G Austria on the Curse of Silence
I have just received further information from Hutchison Austria on their plans regarding Nokia’s infamous Curse of Silence bug.

Berthold Thoma, CEO of 3; states the following:

We are well aware of the bug, but are protecting our customers both actively and passively.

This means that our customers can neither be cursed nor curse others on any network of the world – malicious SMS’s just get filtered…

Now that’s what I call service :)
