Eldar Murtasin has just posted a small gallery of “killed” Nokia and UIQ phones to his Russian blog – a Google translation can be had via this link. As the post is somewhat long, I have taken out the most important passages:
Sony Ericsson BeiBei and Paris
The BeiBei and Paris were killed because the G700 and G900 consumer UIQ devices did not meet the expected sales volume. I personally think that this was not UIQ’s but rather the Multitap keyboard’s fault – entering text on these devices is extremely annoying compared to a QWERTY phone.
RAZR Ruby
The Ruby had to go because of the demise of UIQ – Eldar claims that Motorola felt that releasing a “lonesome mohican” device would not pay out…and canned the essentially ready box. Visit the blog for a few pictures showing the UI – it was UIQ, indeed…
Unnamed Nokia

The extremely weird phone pictured above (Eldar has more pics) was originally planed to be the first S40 device with a HVGA screen, Wifi and a 5MP camera. However, carriers declined to buy it in volume, as there were more capable S60 handsets in the same (300$) price range…
