At the current state of the procedures, nobody really knows that the boys are up to. They could be trying to milk early adopters in a Palmesque fashion (list price: 600 euros. OTC price: 350), or could be selling this particular device in combination with a Comes with Music license.
I am almost 100% sure that the device will drop to a 300-350 Euro price point in the near future – the early bird unfortunately doesn’t get the fattest worm here…
