The folks at AllAboutSymbian’s report that Nokia’s NSU service(used for obtaining software updates) will go down at 19:00GMT(aka VERY SOON) and will stay down for approximately 24h.

As of now, little info is available on why this down-time has become necessary - some claim that it is due to the recently-discovered Vista incompatibilities.

Anyways, if anyone of you wants to update his firmware NOW - sorry folks, but you gotta wait…
