The operating system found on the Nokia 6650 has been a cause of debate on TamsS60 for quite some time. At first, the press release said nothing about S60. Then, Nokia’s official press department told us that it had S60 after all. Now, Nokia’s latest developer newsletter states that:
The Nokia 6650 multimedia device, based on the Series 40 platform, features a folding stainless-steel case, 2-megapixel camera, 30 MB of internal memory, FM radio, and micro SD card slot.
