Today brings along a variety of software updates for Series 60. Here comes the quick overview:
Opera Mobile 8.65 released
Opera Mobile 8.65 has been available as a beta since TamsS60 was first launched - and Opera now launched 8.65 for good. A review is upcoming soon - meanwhile, the press release claims the following improvements(for the PPC version):
- FlashLite 2.1
- Text Wrap in Desktop Mode
- Web search in address bar
- Save image
- Copy text
- Send link as e-mail, SMS, and MMS
- Desktop Mode as default viewing mode
Flash Lite 3
As if one web software a day weren’t enough, Forum Nokia just announced that a new web site targeted at Flash users. Visit Nokia’s Creative Pros site for Flash Lite SDKs, sample code and discussion forums.
Also, Flash Lite 3 licenses are now available for ‘developers’ willing to give up their IMEI to Adobe. Visit the following site for further information and claims - claims end 16th, dispatching of licences happens on the 18th.
